happy new year! i cannot believe that its already 2017…2016 flew by and we are already a week into the new year! i feel like with every new year comes with new years resolutions, so without further to do, here are my new years resolutions for 2017.
no fried food:
because i am vegetarian (for a year now!!), ive really struggled with eating out at places that are very meat heavy- so long story short, ive eaten french fries far more than i should. this year, im hoping to stray away from fried foods altogether, and replace them with healthier alternatives that are more satisfying both nutritionally and taste wise!
gym 3 times a week:
this one is pretty self explanatory. i used to be so active and healthy but with school, i really lost track of my workout schedule! i am going to be taking classes, going on runs, and overall just going to the gym at least 3 times a week, ideally up to 5 times.
blog every thursday:
i started this blog because i love writing and i think lifestyle blogs are so fun and personal! i always feel good when i write up a new blog post, so i want to post every thursday from now on!
get happy not jealous:
its so easy to get jealous of someone over something stupid, but it is so hard to be genuinely happy when something exciting happens to them! even seeing old friends living new & improved lives can be hard, so this year i really want to work on being happy for people instead of wishing i was in their shoes.
